Toy Workshop & Bell Bundle

Simpsonswiki states the bell contributes to Obedience. The toy workshop returned in the Winter 2015 Event as a premium item bundled with Little Helper Ralph. (It was originally released in 2014). I only have Little Helper Ralph listed as a character that can animate the toy workshop.

I have no idea why EA wouldn’t do the same bundle as previously sold.

Because there is another skin for Ralph coming soon.

There's no premium skin. Just the building and the bell. Correct me if I'm wrong. Basically the bell is free. Not a super deal.

It doesn't come with Little Helper Ralph? I just assumed it would. If that's true then it's a cruddy deal that should be avoided. Also yes, the bell is nothing special. It was originally a prize and has no multiplier or payout of any kind.

Bought this, like it fine, but the Bell is no where to be found.
I have done all the standard things to find it, searched main Inventory repeatedly ,but it still has not shown up.
Have Help request in with EA

My bell actually appeared to be placed immediately after placing the Toy Shop.

when I got it for a second town it placed the bell behind the toy shop (completely hidden) so look behind the building.

Sure enough behind the building I found it, ha. What a hoot. It may have been uears before I rearranged that section, and strumbled onto it on my own.
