I purchased both the Raddus and Finalizer lightspeed bundles in the webstore this morning, but only the Finalizer one showed up in my inbox, I did not receive the Raddus one. I got the confirmation email, but no bundle.

I also purchased the Raddus Lightspeed Bundle in the webstore and received crystals and coaxium. The bundle clearly states specified characters would go to relic 5 as well as 7 star ships. How do I resolve this? In game help keeps going in a loop with no resolution.
