- I actually did have this issue. I had one piece of trash that couldn't be cleaned up. If Homer or Lisa cleaned it up it would respawn again if I restarted the game/went to a neighbour and back again.
I tried a lot of things like reinstalling, and even tried my game on a different unit. Since it was persistent in staying in my Springfield I hid it in a forest and about a year or so later I accidentally sent Homer to clean it up. And it's been gone ever since.
Kinda missed the thing. His name was Barry. dadilydoo750 wrote:

I forgot about this, yes there was a thread a long time ago and people had trash that could not be cleaned.johncolombo wrote:

Yes, I remember this as well. If you actually were lucky enough to have a piece of trash that continually respawned, then you could also continually send Homer or Lisa to clean it up, and eventually a donut would pop up out of the trash. Or so I was told, because I never had this glitch. But I do remember reading about some people who did.bradyc79 wrote:

I don't remember the donut part, that makes it even more interesting. But now I remember there were two separate trash glitches. One where trash could not be removed at all and the one you said where it respawned.
