4th time trying this quest.
And I did tap on the bag icon left side to find the characters. But went back into this again.
I have sent a message to EA, but that might take time. I am also on the waiting list right now to chat with someone, the wait list is 45 mins...lol
:) :) UPDATE: :) :) THIS QUEST GOES UNTIL THE 20th no glitch, just bad communication in the game
