That video was shot about an hour north of me. When I originally heard about it, I watched the news footage first, and then the remixed version. Seems to make it funnier.
Antoine was hilarious on Tosh.0 also, even though I can't watch that show anymore, lol. Too gruesome at times

I assume they unlock since one of my neighbors has all of them plus multiples of the smaller islands. I don't like the one with the plane tail.

I wish that the island became less festive after the snow leaves, or a facade for the summer months. Surely over time, wind and storms would clear those islands clean.

I play frequently and have even used donuts to speed up the canon a few times and I am still 2000 bells away from Ralph.
I'd prefer the islands to just have trees. A beach chair wouldn't be so bad of there was a task to send someone to the island.

Do you mean that if I do not reach the final prize, which is the free island, I will not be able to buy the other islands with donuts? Is this theory, or is it confirmed somewhere? In my son's town,I plan to mosey along and enjoy myself, and just get Ralph Elf skin, and was maybe going to buy a premium island from the store ... Are we certain that won't be an option? Not a big deal, but just wondering.

I haven't seen anything confirmed, so far, by anyone who has gotten this far along. I've only just received Little Helper Ralph. Gonna be a bit before I have it/them.

One of my neighbors (who apparently uses a lot of donuts) already has the main, large island, but not the other three smaller islands. They seem to have everything in the game, including all premium and limited time items, so if the three smaller islands DO unlock once you get the big one it's strange that they haven't bought the three small islands yet.

If they are to be unlocked later, perhaps it'll be after Jan 1? Not sure. I kind of assumed that since the three small islands weren't released with the Phase 2 update, and since I haven't seen anyone with them yet, that they'd either not been released yet or won't be at all. Hoping they are released, and it's just a timed thing to be released after Jan 1 or closer to the event's end.
