well thanks then i have tried Firefox and IE and all i see is a Loading Icon and then the menus. my browser says waiting for tstonews.com but nothing ever comes up. I have a lot of Ad-ons my browser uses like No script, Adblocker plus. I'm now thinking one of these might be screwing it up.

His site uses JavaScript so most likely one of your add ons is blocking the JavaScript code.- i use google chrome and ad block and it comes up fine for me.

His site uses JavaScript so most likely one of your add ons is blocking the JavaScript code.
This is correct. NoScript is blocking it. Click on the NoScript control in the top left corner, the S. Then temporarily allow all this page. At that point you can make all permissions permanent for the page if you wish.
I figured it out I have an addon called ghostery that prevents trackers from tracking me and for some reason on Spansers site I'm required to allow those tracker to track me which I feel is an invasion of my privacy but I like his site so I chose to use it.
