UFO Spawn rate
Its been pretty random for me. The first few days I saw none. Then other days I saw more than I had ammo. It should balance itself out.

I have not seen a UFO in over a week (10 days now).
Today I spent over an hour clicking through all my friends towns one by one and waiting 3-5 minutes on each town.
I have seen them before, but now I don't anymore.
I have tried while I still had Actions to accomplish and when I haven't
