UFO Spawn rate
Its been pretty random for me. The first few days I saw none. Then other days I saw more than I had ammo. It should balance itself out.

Funny thing I have noticed. I have several neighbors who have not played in a long time, from the look of things, long before the Halloween update, and I find that the UFO's appear more commonly in those towns. Perhaps it has something to do with the other towns already having had the UFO's shot down? Not sure.
