I’m not 100% sure, but it looks like the characters that “roam” through the doors are grown up kids. They move way too fast to make sure, but I think some of them are Janey, Database, and Ralph. Anyone catch this, or am I wrong?

I haven't seen that episode but it reminds me of the animated series Ulysses, "Ulysses, you have angered the Gods by killing the Cyclops", I really should watch more Simpson's.
