If it was a new level, you would have gotten the level up screen even if all your characters were busy.

- Mine says that the EVENT ENDS on January 14th, 2014. So, technically, it should ended a year ago. But it does say that the event ends on the 14th. I'm trying to use the keywords "Event" and "Ends".
- I'm glad to see this post, I thought I was going crazy. Or maybe I'd lost my calendar skills, but the "crazy" thing seemed more likely. I logged on to find my TSTO busily downloading, which I was expecting today, and then I opened my town and.....NOTHING CHANGED!!! Dun dun dunnnnnnn.
I did notice that someone put graffiti in my town today. Has that been happening all along and I'm just now noticing, or is it something that came back with the mini-update? barryriddl474 wrote:

The evidence is there for all to see on their own devices, but if that isn't enough maybe visual evidence of both timers being in synch is needed...- I got a notification saying the snow will melt jan 14
