Upgrade castles or Spend Elixir?
Go with the decorations unless you think you already have enough decorations then just spend the rest on pointless upgrades...it's all on you, if you want more stuff buy it now.

Hahaha I do want more outhouses. I just didn't know if there was gonna be some special thing for a level 20 castle when it's over. It says that the Character Upgrades will be reflected in their outfits when it's over so I didn't know if the same applied to castles.
