Have you tried to force a synchronize? Go to a friend, or KL or close the game and reopen?

Interesting! I have made a chart of what buildings I have in storage. I level each up, then store. I have one of each level in SH, so I can see what could be leveled up, then take it out of storage, level up, then store again. Is that crazy, or is that so wise?
