Villian with less hair?

you've misread the description. it says "perhaps a villain with way less hair". It's clearly referring to Sideshow Bob and the event that just ended, and not what's coming.

I wouldn't assume that means anything. Almost any other villan has less hair than Bob. Plus that's a question not a statement.

But from the post by LPNintendo a few posts above yours it quotes as:

"Springfield's Terwilliger troubles are over, but what's next on the horizon?" ....

4th of July is the next holiday, but I don't recall any villains - just Springfielders running amok with fireworks

Exactly. As in, something is coming next. Then it made some jokes. Clearly not meant to be taken seriously.
