I don't have Otto, so I don't know about him, but I'm having the same problem with grampa and sometimes Lisa.mit doesn't bother me too much because I don't want to play constantly so sometimes I just leave the game before collecting everything, but I noticed it as well. Don't know if it's just a bug

Just makes it tough if you're playing hard for a period of time, tapping everything as soon as it's ready and timing your play. Not a horrible thing as bugs go, just annoying

Do you have a piece of road in front of the building? This solved it for cme!

Honestly, I do it myself. It doesn't slow you down.

ETA - I just tried the road trick with only one slab outside the coffee shop and Grandpa is still walking off so that did not work for me .

Oh, I should have mentioned: I don't have any other road/street segments in the Heights - or for quite a ways outside the tunnel.

That's when I was talking to people generally, as it was more than one person suffering, and in this case just a simple joke. Wasn't trying to be condescending to anybody. Glad you've got the problem sorted now though!

I had this happen too, until I followed this thread's advice, and waited for Otto's and others animations to finish.
