  • You should be proud of your weight as some countries have declared obesity as an epidemic (cough,cough,USA).

    The only countries that use the imperial system are Burma, Liberia and the USA.

    Canada uses both metric and imperial since we trade a lot between Canada and the states we need to know the imperial system.


    Plus when we refer to a persons height or weight we never use the metric system

    Canada uses both metric and imperial since we trade a lot between Canada and the states we need to know the imperial system. We mainly use metric but both are taught and big corporations do use imperial to make trading easier between the states and Canada.


    That would be called "converting". Thats like saying we speak Vietnamese or Laotian because we have to translate for a refugee or immigrant.
