Yes, it's showing in my main town (and never bought the donuts for the Shelbyville Manhattan reward (or whatever prize comes with the stack normally).
Edit: Also showing in my secondary town, but in my main town, the truckload and store are still showing the Shelbyville items, while the secondary town has tokens showing for those levels.
