While I agree that item details in the mystery box should be a no-brainer, looking up an item on Google is literally a matter of seconds. You don't have to study anything. If you spend your time saving up for something in the real world do you not get the details on what you're saving for beforehand? Why should it be any different in the context of this game?
Yup, in the "real world" I get details on an item I'm interested in, but the mystery boxes contain well over a dozen items (for casual players). If someone is just curious how many of those items have multipliers and what their chances are of getting a "good" item, then they're going to have to research all of those items.
Well if Best Buy has a sale for 10 TV's of various prices, you will do your research to get what fits you best. Can be a cheap TV or a TV that you cannot afford and need to borrow for, it is your preference. It may have apps or be dumb. Again it is your preference, just like it is our choice to get items with multipliers or not. We do the research and we have to live with the consequences.
Timed BF items vs Mystery Boxes - EA changed it up. Last year there were tons of people who complained about the format; and EA listened and changed it. If you don't like it don't play or spend money.
My first Black Friday, i couldn't buy anything. Second one, I saved enough for just 2 characters. I saved for 2 years to get those 2 characters. This was before the maggie games or monorail or all that.
So those people who want everything now and cannot get what they want. Maybe you shouldn't get it. Play the game and have fun. It isn't a race to the finish. Or just stop complaining and polish your participation trophies earned over the years.
i'm not targeting anyone specific, just saying that this is an EA game with their rules and glad it is. They are great so far. Have listened and responded, have fixed important issues with the game in a fast manner. Is not TinyCo
