Welcome. Before you post that burning first question read this.

Welcome to the forum. Before you post that burning first question that you want help with, please read this:

This is a PLAYERS forum, not EA support. You can not message EA here, nor are they watching and waiting for your question. If a support rep sent you here, it was to point you to where you could find more information. ( snicker snicker)

This forum has vast amounts of help, and your problem has probably been asked and answered. I suggest you make use of the great work done by some very dedicated members.

This thread: https://forums.ea.com/en/the-simpsons-tapped-out/discussion/221737/krustyland-update-bugs-and-issues-list#latest is about Bugs and Issues with the current RIP Krustyland event.

This thread : https://forums.ea.com/en/the-simpsons-tapped-out/discussion/97993/character-finder-irs-railyard-etc-glitch-thread-other-links/p1 which is on the first page always has links to just about everything.

This thread: https://forums.ea.com/en/the-simpsons-tapped-out/discussion/66198/events-and-updates-walkthroughs-other-guides#latest contains walkthroughs and help for every level, and every event, and is on the first page always.

If you are looking for friends, this thread: https://forums.ea.com/en/the-simpsons-tapped-out/discussion/130175/add-me-thread#latest is always on the first page and is just for that.

The hot topics and trending issues are always on the first page
. See the pattern, look at the first page.

Did you get an email on the year old glitch offering you a template town. This thread in Bugs and Issues is for you: https://forums.ea.com/en/the-simpsons-tapped-out/discussion/221277/warning-eas-new-solution-for-the-glitch-must-read-before-acting-on-eas-offer#latest

Let's say you are having a login issue. If you see a thread about a login issue, read it and add your question to it. Starting a new thread about an existing thread pokes the bear in all the old timers, and they are who you need to help you.

Take a look at the post count on many of the people who are answering questions. Its in the thousands. They do not get paid, they are just good people. How can you repay them. Be respectful and don't poke the bear! That way we don't need a guide to the guides. If you are reading this line that means you looked and read the whole post. Congratulations you are a rare and welcome addition to the group. By the way some of us use sarcasm as a frustration relief tool. Or so I hear.
