After years of people saying the game was dying and would vanish any day now, that day is here.
Playing the game for the next couple of months is gonna be like Homer eating Pinchy.

Just saw the announcement in game now. I thought for a moment that it was just TSTO humour. Devastated! 😪
Yeah same, I was hoping for a while there the dialogue was going to reveal it as a prank.
I am in two minds about whether it's actually worth continuing playing anymore, when we know we are going to full-on loose everything come 24 January 2025. I would see the point in continuing playing if we could download our towns and still visit it, send characters on jobs etc, maybe even redesign the town again, just having no new content. But seeing as we won't even be able to access the game from February 2025, I am torn if I actually want to continue playing, it's been part of my daily routine since 2013, when there was an event on playing it 3 or 4 times a day, when there wasn't playing it just twice a day
