Lotto'N'Liquor increases consumerism, and comes with Mr Largo. :)
Looks like that's what I'm gonna save up donuts for. I'm only a half-star from 5.0 on the conform-o-meter, down a half-star on consumerism. Hopefully that puts me at a perfect 5 stars.
Was looking over sites, do these add consumerism?
1. Stu's Disco with Disco Stu
2. Lagush Gym with Lagush (or however you spell it)
Why is it so hard to be able to tell what shops add to what?!?! Just add it IN GAME With the LITTLE BLUE EXCLAMATION POINT EA!!!!!
no, they dont offer anything that people would "consume"
good luck on just the lotto and liquour giving u 5 stars.. i have quite a few premium consumerism buildings and i still had to place 8 or 9 KEM's strategically around my town to get 5 stars.
Well, with that logic, why is king toot or just Rainsticks consumerisn? Anyways what about the Brewery? I know I consume beer! Or the cracker factory? I eat crackers!
You consume saxophone reeds, and instruments. You consume rainsticks. Consume in this sense does not refer to eating, but to the distribution of saleable goods. The gym and disco provide a service, not goods.
You glutton crackers. Just like restaurants, you're digesting what they're producing. Duff brewery is actuall obedience, though, probably because keeping the population drunk makes them more docile and controllable..
Hope I made sense, there. :) Linkwick wrote:
Premium "Consumerism" Items:
*Sprawl Mart
*Ferris Wheel (can have multiples)
*Pet Shop, w/ JubJub (not a NPC, has 2x tasks)
*Fireworks/Candy/Puppies Store

*Try n Save
Previous Limited-Time "Consumerism" Items (in case they're re-released)
*House of Evil (originally from Halloween 2012)
*Mapple Store (originally from Xmas 2012)
*Howard's Flowers (originally from Valentines 2013)
*Fortune Teller (originally from Halloween 2013)
*Pow-Wow Casino, w/ Indian Chief (originally from Thanksgiving 2013)
*Presents Depot (originally from Xmas 2013)
*Springfield Mall (originally from Xmas 2013)
*Costington's, w/ Mr Costington (originally from Xmas 2013)
*ClausCo (originally from Xmas 2013)
*Santa's Workshop (originally from Xmas 2013)
*Mr Sparkle billboard (originally from episode tie-in "Married to the Blob", Jan 2014)
*Blocko Store (originally from Easter 2014)
Edit:
FYI - at level 41, you need 282 points of Consumerism for 5*. Each building/item for that category gives 10points to it.
- 14 "free" buildings = 140 points
(That's Kwik E Mart, Android Dungeon, King Toots, Herman's, Sir Putt-A-Lot, Noiseland Arcade, Grocery Store,
Vulgari, and 6 Squidport shops - I&S Store, Malaria, Rainsticks, Turban, Tattoo & Crypto Barn)
- +10 points for each additional Kwik-E-Mart after the original
- +10 points for each building you have from my list above.
It's the hardest category to maximise, as the only "duplicates" you can spam for in-game cash to get 5* are KEMs.
Good post, thanks! Looks like I'm at about 260 then, I guess I can get two more buildings soon!mwdalton wrote:

Lol sorta makes sense. Guess I'll buy the sprawl mart and try and save. Last 2 premiums of Consumerism. And the music teacher, even though I really dont like him. Not visual enough.
Thanks again you are a huge help.
