What changed with the Yard Sale update? (Thanks to TSTOTopix and mrfy)

Is the Ultrahouse 2 confirmed as smaller? I've got mine in a pretty tight spot and it still looks the same.

I have mine right next to some fences, and nothing's changed.

My Ultrahouse 2 is also the same size it was before. It has trees butting up against it and there are no new spaces.
