What happened to my billboards?
I finished the quests for the new event, but I can't find the billboards for the first part. I've searched in my inventory but they aren't there. Anyone else have the same problem?

It's where the casino is. Not in a sub section. Perhaps you can back out from the sub categories until you get to this "all inventory" section.
