"somewhat new to the game " is the key... Many people have been playing for a year or more. A lot of premium items and very active playing (hourly) over a lot of time will give you a lot of money.- Indys2ndRetired Hero

You don't really get to accumulate that kind of money until you have all the land. (Yes, I realize some accumulate a few million without all the land but they still have to spend it.) It also helps to have premium decorations. They make the payout for buildings double, triple, etc. As for billions, well, I can only image how that's possible.
We were all in the same boat as you before. Although, new people do have it harder. When I started playing last year, it only went up to level 20. After that, it stopped for awhile. You'll get there. It'll just take patience. - When you get to $1000000000 your spirit guide appears and you eventually realise the pointlessness of it all
http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lod0siu3Yf1qdvbdfo1_500.gif - at some point in the game the cash just starts rolling in. I should hit 30 million tomorrow. It seems like I make about 1 million a day anymore. Already bought all the land (In KL too) and all the million dollar decorations, but I remember being frustrated long ago. You will all get there. Was wondering myself if counter would roll over to a billion or if I'd get stuck at 99,999,999 million forever.

We definitely need new Aspirational items to spend our money on, and land as well to put them on
Lol @ Spirit Guide gif  - I just remembered yesterday I can afford to go to the track now. I used to never do it, now I do it every time that horse rears it's head.
- Agree we need more big items. It was tough to build cash at first. I only got where I am so fast because I bought tons and tons of donuts. Did I say tons? I started playing mid July or so. I have all the land and all available items except the zirconia. The donuts help with premium items which increase your bonuses to build cash faster. Good luck and keep tapping!

...you mean, dog...? - I think there are a set of specific events that trigger huge increases in game cash.....
firstly, there is reaching highest level..... up until then you constantly spending on quests and buildings etc. Once you get to the max level and complete it, you have until the nextlevel is released to make money.
secondly, there is your bonus level.... I would recommend that any donuts you have are initially spent on bonus boosters. My bonus is sat at about 140% at the minute so a $1000 task earns me around $2400 ! Many tappers have huge bonuses! Apart from the grumpalloon, the best conversion rate is 20 donuts for a 1% increase...... even white picket fences at 1 donut each comply so you could always buy a couple of pieces when you get a few donuts. Of course, buying a load of donuts and getting a load of bonus boosters is a short cut.
Dont forget krustyland..... if you ignore it you are throwing cash away! I am not building on it at the moment, just harvesting tickets and occasionally putting everyone available on tasks...... as a result I have around 135000 tickets...... and you can buy 100k in game cash for 30000 tickets..... so I know I have a buffer of 400k if I were to need it.
Finally, remember that shorter tasks yield a higher cash return per hour so a day spent patiently putting characters on one hour tasks and harvesting promptly will boost your reserves
It took me ages to hit my first million...... but now I am set at 8million and have only just spent another million plus on more land. wwwfirefox22 wrote:
How does everyone get so much? I'm level 37 and only got 133k lol
My secret is white houses and premium bonus multipliers.
I have 11 rows of white houses to the east of sf, 14 rows to the south, 8 rows to the west, and 7 rows to the north.
My beach is lined with grumpaloons. My sf has a good collection of premiums from 16 months of playing. I have a problem with buying cars to park on extra squid port tiles I've accumulated this last few weeks. And once the bonus multiplier was locked at a fixed level, lots of xp farming at that time scored bunches of donuts. Now no reason to xp farm, so just banking for a really rainy day!
