What is the rarest item to date?

I'd say maybe the Glamourous Godfrey billboard is the most rare, as it was the earliest PREMIUM episode tie-in item, and hasn't been re-released.

Everyone playing at the time would have got the Cool Brown House, but only premium players would have gotten the billboard.


Edit: oh, you said Mapple Store...well, my theory still stands, as that building was originally free during Christmas event 2012.

    Yep, I agree, I've seen about 1 or 2 people with that Billboard in all my time of playing this game! :-)

    I think the black hole is the rarest item, because I rarely see them in other towns.

    I would say the cool brown house :) love that building, another one would be probably be the mapple store or the BDH :)

    I have the black hole out in my town but I think a lot of people just don't bother putting it out to be displayed :( but that being said you could well be right :)
