I like certain buildings to go together - factories with other factories etc. I have an area for mansions and a normal residential area. Right now, however, the stuff I haven't found a place for yet is sitting at the left bottom corner of my town. I'm not overly creative, but I do like to put thought into where things go. When I have enough $ to get all the remaining land (after buying some aspirational stuff I've been wanting), I hope to better organize my messy bottom left corner.
Btw - I love your new designs/areas. But please keep your picket fence homemade drive in. I love that thing!
