What makes you drop gift bags???

I've been dropping as many as possible on those who don't have 30000 cards yet, especially if I see them visiting my town every day. I also try to give some gifts to my boyfriend, because otherwise he teases me about not loving him or something. (He doesn't have as many neighbors as me, so he always has enough gift bags.)

I like giving gifts & I want ALL the prizes.

I think pretty much all my neighbors have about 30k by now...so that means theres no longer a priority list.

I've been spreading the gift bags out among friends that have dropped off bags themselves.
I keep a list of whos been nice (my cat ate the naughty list) and hand out bags accordingly. :-)

As of now I have been dropping five gift bags to every one on my friends list because I had a lot and had no friends just a few days ago now that I have 100 friends I now only have 4 gift bags as of now. Whatever new bags I receive before the event ends will be given to people with a low amount of gift cards

I give gift boxes to friends who I know in person and people with nicely designed towns.
Then whatever is left goes to people in low levels and everyone who have somewhat presentable towns.
And the scraps go to house farmers and gypsy towns.

I actually have a few house-farming neighbors and they are among the more generous (at least in my experience with this event) when it comes to leaving me gift bags. Whereas there are at least as many, if not more, whose towns are actually nice to look at but they only visit a few times a week, let alone bother to drop a gift bag here and there.

So personally, I don't judge the person by the look of their town. As long as they are actively playing in their town and visiting mine, I try to give them as many gifts as I can get my grubby little fingers on, more so, if I can manage it, for those that do so in excess/regularity.

I save them until I have enough to give one each then drop them off. Usually takes 3 days!!
