Don't criticise the premium players for spending. Their money supports the rest of us freemium and quasi-freemium (Gil special and the odd Golden Scratch-R) players.
It's not about premium players. This person spent 300-400 dollars changing the appearance of ONE item. Not 'getting' the item, just changing how it looks. That goes beyond all sense.
