But seriously, what if they do make finishing the level 43 quests a requirement to start the level 44 stuff? :shock:

I did think something like this when krusty's "son" was mentioned. But surely topix or addicts would have seen this by now

As someone who didn't house farm, I got a few levels behind with the buildings as I was progressing through saving enough money early in the game - for example, I may have been saving up for the Level 20 building while I had progressed to Level 22 or 23 with XP. As I did this, I definitely built buildings 'out of order' a few times if a newer building was more desirable to me than an older one. So I am pretty sure that the ability to start a new level's quest does not depend on the ability to finish a previous level's one unless the new quest somehow requires a character that was released in that previous level.

But there HAS been instances of content not appearing until certain missions have been completed. It's unlikely, but it could be the story of this level ends with s reveal of some kind.
