When will it snow?
I just came to the forums to ask this very same question!

There are only three episodes before the Christmas events hits, of them the episode next Sunday might be too soon for a tie-in. This leaves the next two episodes. Yeah, I really want a snow button so I can have snow Nov-April like here at home. Currently I am watching a snow storm out my window and it's -20. It's a bit depressing actually to go in to my game and see summer lol

Turkey herding was not during snow. I remember thinking it was odd because November is quite snowy in my part of the world.
