Where Are The Gift Bags

I received two so far from the presents that accumulate under the metal christmas tree. Hopefully that's not the only way.

I would like to know this as well :-)

From what I saw you have to buy them with donuts and that tree will give you one once in a while. I think they are hard to come by.

I still can't drop them in neighbor's towns, even the people that have the update. I have received a few from folks and I feel bad that I don't have the ability to return the favor.
