Where does Maggie get her balloon from?
And if she was storing it, why wasn't she flying while she had it stored?

Speaking of Maggie's balloon... I had an odd thing happen the other day. I sent Maggie on a task and she lifted up on her balloon and started floating toward the Big T Theater...
