Who Else IS Experiencing This Major Failure ? EA Please fix ASAP

My problem is more I get the code, log in, and I’m good to go after the 25 minute BS a of downloading the whole damn game again. Once in, I’m fine. Once I’m back out of the game, not logging out, this stupid system behaves as if I was never logged in and I have to redownload the thing again, and again. I mean seriously, are monkeys running this game!
