Why does my Righteousness always drop?

It used to, until I built plenty of training walls and hid them all around town behind buildings. I had it drop to 4 stars since I didn't have enough walls, so I built more until I hit 5. Won't happen again ;)

Several times has this been asked...and it had happened to me before as well. my righteousness always dropped when I would level up, maybe an update or just out of randomness, but sticking numerous training walls around my town solved my problem and it no longer dips; it stays at 5 stars, maybe that will help you

Mine dropped randomly a few times and I tried lots of suggested solutions. The only one that's worked, permanently, is buying a ton of training walls. They're all hidden behind large buildings so I'm not sure how many I have. Maybe somewhere between 5 and 10? I just bought one at a time until my low rating was back at 5.

I wanted to be thorough so I bought them right when my righteousness dropped to 0 and I had no criminals in jail. It took 16 training walls to get me back to 5 stars. I've used some outright, but as they fit so well behind buildings they are easy to hide. For instance I have 6 behind the high school.

I have 17 training walls. One is behind Herman's and sixteen are surrounding Fat Tony's house. I don't know whether it's righteousness overkill or not, but I actually like how it looks; keeping my rating up is a nice bonus.

At level 37 you need 13 training walls to prevent your righteousness from dropping.

I had 12 before level 37 and my rating drop half a star, once level 37 landed.
