Why are thay leaving us with so much time between quests ? When thay stoped the level updates and moved to the more regular tie ins and longer theamed avents I could at least see the point as it seems a better way to introduce more new content but how do thay expect to keep players when there's such long periods with nothing to do ?

What are you expecting event after event after event? We recently had the Chinese update and before that the Springfield Heights extension and before that a 6 week Winter event. I'd say newer players have plenty to do.

Exactly! I've been playing since June 2013 and I can recall some fairly "long" stretches with no new content - weeks of nothing new.

The game's been pretty rapid-fire for a while now. I can't remember the last time we had a "break" of more than maybe 1 week without anything new!

There's not much down time at all compared to a few years ago. There's almost (with some exceptions) almost always something going on.

The problem here is that now we're spoiled. Spoiled with event after event. If there's any downtime now, even for a few days, we feel like the game is getting boring.

I do like new things to do, like everyone, but I'm also happy tweaking my town in between.

Struggling to see how any one can say we get spoilt with event after event the last big event was finished by most with at least a week to go and since then we have had 2 mini updates both with only a matter of minutes game play the way I see it we've had nothing to do for about 4 weeks now

I'm not bothered by it. If we were talking another month or two of what we've had since pagan event ended I might get a little twitchy but I'm sure a major event is right around the corner. These few weeks of downtime have been great. I've bought 6 characters from the store that I've had my eye on and I've been able to build my donuts back up.

what games are you all playing that release daily updates? you can always start a new springfield or buy premium items that have quests associated with them if you are that bored
