Winter Wonderland Mysterybox Disappeared

Hi,

A few days ago my winter wonderland box disappeared, even though I haven’t collected all the items and I’m still getting daily challenges that earn me tickets. I have about 8 tickets that I can’t use coz the box has disappeared.

Any ideas? I think it disappeared around the time ‘Heaven’ became available as a special offer a few days ago. I saw there was an issue back in December that got fixed. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, made sure I have the latest update etc.

I wanna use my tickets! Thanks!

    Try closing the game, then pulling up the App Manager and swiping it away. Then turn your device OFF completely - no, don't restart, turn it OFF. Then wait a minute. Yes, a WHOLE minute. I know that seems like an eternity but go get a cup of coffee or something. Now turn it back on and wait until the internet connects.
    Seriously people: doing this will solve 90% of the problems with this game.

    Agree, doing the above does solve a lot of problems, but I give it 5 minutes just to make sure.

    The only time my SW box disappeared was when there was nothing in it.
    If I spent the tickets as soon as I got them I still had SW.
    As soon as the SW disappeared I was able to exchange them as above.

    @frosted1414 I have the option to exchange them for donuts. I just read that this happens when you have all the items in the box, but I could have sworn I still had loads of items to get (last time I checked I had a 5.44% chance of each item).

    @wadebear thanks - I tried that but no luck, maybe it’s coz of the reason above ^.

    Maybe I should just trade them for donuts lol hadn’t seen that option become available.
