My living city pack map was disappear.

After install the island living expansion pack, my living city pack map was disappear.
I am really upset. I have deleted the game and try to reinstall both pack. But the problem still cannot solve. This makes me really consider if I should buy and pack more.

Hope Ea could help me find out the solution.

    Hey all, 

    If you're playing The Sims 4 on PlayStation and were previously accessing City Living through PlayStation+ this is expected. 

    The City Living DLC was removed from PlayStation+ and Island Living was added yesterday. 

    If you don't own City Living, you'll need to purchase it if you wish to continue playing with that content.

    The same happened to me. Not only the map but also all content including clothes and objects disappeared. Apparently they replaced the expansion that was free with another free one too. Please let me know if you solve the problem.

      just tried to play, same ‘game data incomplete’ showed up. after some digging i found out city living wasnt in my game, but it said it was downloaded in the main menu and was in the list with downloaded add-ons on ps5. when i clicked on the game however i was directed to the ps5 store where it said i didnt own the pack. deleted and reinstalled the sims and the pack is fully gone now. got city living for free for ps+…

    This just happened to me too. When I’m in the sims it says I still own city living but it is off my game library on PS5, and when I go in the worlds to the city living option (where it is locked like the rest of the packs) it says there that I own it, yet it’s locked.

      Hi, I play on PS5 and this happened to me too. I have tried to restore license but it doesn’t seem to help.

      Hi, I play on PS4 and it’s the whole pack that’s missing for me, but I got it for free from ps network because it was 100% off on the store side when starting the game.

    I'm having the exact same issue. Haven't deleted and reinstalled for fear that I'll lose everything.

      Why isn’t it clear those dlc’s can be removed anytime? Then expect player base to pay a full $40 for a dlc that was released back in 2016?! weak move on ea and ps+

        pretty sure if you read the tos when you sign up to ps+ it tells you this.
