This is such a form letter, it cracks me up. Do they just edit the parts that apply? The bolded parts? Are almost verbatim what has been sent to other people who have posted their letters here.

Didn't we already get the update for Sunday? Fruit-Bat-Man? That is the episode tie in and we've been told that the next update won't happen till the 21st (22nd). I'm not sure I believe they will update anything on Sunday when they sent out emails stating that they don't work on the weekends.

You guys remember during the crashfests how mad we all got over those emails?

But during the times when game play was unstable and you could not do anything much without crashing, was there really emails sent out that specifically said they would fix the problem on a specific date? Im finding that a little hard to believe, although they did fix it there response time was horrid, they made us wait months until a large portion of the community was affected by it.

Even this sounds "fishy" i will take this email with a grain of salt as for a fix tomorrow, they gave a specific date, which would really strike me as odd, if there was no fix or even no update why even mention that?

Maybe it'll come with the removal update, when they remove the limited time items.

Edit....maybe it was the plan all along. We were kind of surprised with the fruit-bat update, so close after Saint Pattys update.

well even the episode tie in's gorgous grandpa and fruit batman are so close together its never been like that in the past, usually its a month or more between episode tie in's, the cool brown house was in November early december?

If it helps anyone, I went on the iTunes Store and filled out a complaint. I received a response the same day asking for my relevant receipt numbers which, of course, I had. I provided those and received several follow up notes about how they were looking into the issue, meaning the Harp of Death Freeze. Within a few days, they refunded all my donut money back to day one and apologized for my disatisfaction with the product. Based on what I read here, I did not bother complaining to EA. But have your receipts.

I can't believe I forgot about gorgeous grandpa. They're really keeping us busy now.

If there *is* an update tomorrow, it'll just be to fix the game and harpies and such. No level 27 until at least next thurs I bet.
