Seriously, if I can afford it, I'll get it. But not before I get the Skyscraper, Magnifying Glass or Escalator. I was waiting until $7 million for those ($1 million safe while I build the decors one at a time over a week and a half), but if it is $4 million for the Toilet, the number moves to $11 million and two weeks to build one at a time. All to save as much as I can in case something should come up.
