I don't know, but I've had a spot marked out for it in the top right hand corner of my town, with the word 'loo' in shrubs and flowers, and with the Mr Sparkle billboard in front of it. They haven't released a high-value Aspirational item since the Cubic Zirconia, so I'm hoping it's the next one released. Or maybe they're holding onto it for an event prize.. Who knows?

Let's hope it's gets released soon along with some of the other wonderful stuff in the files...

I reckon some stuff will be released via events, friend point prizes or regular updates

They could always do the unexpected and release it as an FP prize...possible the first 15,000 or 20,000 prize
