Zutroy fiasco

I finally got him with the new update that happened today. Still bums me out that I live in Australia and other people on the forum are mentioning how they received outstanding customer service by being credited elves, presents and donuts via email or phone calls. Whatever I guess.

At least now I have Zutroy for all my effort.

While EA is slow about fixing things, I feel like rage situations like this one usually prompt a quick patch if it's something easy to fix.

My guess is that Monday's update was planned in advance to kick off upcoming holiday promos and those who have gotten him to show up were actually helped manually. That said, I would be surprised if they don't roll out a patch by Tuesday, considering how much money they are trying to make with the upcoming promos. IMO, screwing something like this up would get people fired, even at EA.

I didn't receive him either. I've just scrolled to the back of my inventory. Yep, there he was.

Look to the very end of your inventory, he may be there?

He just showed up in mine too! :D

Yay I found him in my inventory too! Finally! I even got my missing 2 elves so I'm up to 96 total elves!!!

Thanks for the heads up, just checked my SF and he was in the inventory.

It's the tunnel glitch. Go into your friends screen or KL, come back out and game/tasks will continue.

I already have him. I receive a really quick answer from EA and i just got Zutroy. Thanks!
