Can't finish quest, missing Temperance character

I stopped playing the game for a while and when I came back I attempted to complete the "Amorous  Avarice Pt. 5" Quest, which had ended, but I was at the last stage where I could get the character Cyrus Manley. I completed everything except the "Make Temperance Meet With Marge" task, which I am unable to do because I don't have the Temperance character. I don't know how I'm supposed to get this and now the quest is stuck on my task list with no way of completing or deleting it. Please help!
