Deep space Homer

I have raised an issue on here before about deep space homer pt.7 ‘launch the space ship’ but I haven’t had any success. I followed steps I was given before, told EA this is a bug that only they can fix it but they referred me to a ‘different team’ that deals with bugs but it was no good and just another dead end . Any help in contacting someone would be appreciated. I’ve been told to go via the ‘Get Help’ tab in game but that doesn’t really get me very far.
