Donuts still disappearing

I bought 1.2 million donuts then logged out. When I logged back in, I had just over 300,000. I contacted support (chat is the only option). I didn't realize someone had replied to my chat. The ticket is still open, but I can't send a message back. I really hate their support system.

    That sounds really frustrating! Losing that many donuts and not being able to properly follow up with support is definitely a letdown. It's annoying when the only option is chat, and you miss a response. Hopefully, they fix this issue soon—support systems should be more user-friendly!
