Land Tokens I’ve earned with Golden Goose Realty are no longer appearing as an option to redeem for a Land Upgrade. Only currency is displaying. I have had this issue for almost a week. I already deleted and reinstalled game and installed on a different device; neither fixed the issue. Please help; I don’t know what else to do to.
moorenikki usually the alternative option, in new territories, appears after you click on the land to buy it. Usually only the price in $$ is displayed. Otherwise I'm not clear on your problem and in this case a screenshot or video would be appreciated!

Note that you can only use Tokens on land for in-game $$s or the Token-only Tiles.
They won't work or show up on tiles in Springfield Heights or the New Frontier land for Deeds.
Here's what you should see if you haven't used all the Tokens you earned -
( yellow arrow - the only way to see how many Tokens you have is to tap a tile as if to buy it )
