Missing Buildings/ Buildings in mountain

Hello

Since a few days I have empty spots in my Springfield. Actually, there should be buildings everywhere, but these are gone. I then noticed that there were some icons in the mountain (the employment office, the building of the monorail and a few more). Also my characters go there to some jobs. Is this bug known?

I've tried logging off and in but it didn't help.
