They reduced the money and time needed in the last update. The price is not affected by tiles in inventory.

How does exp you and your neighbors get from tapping tiles work? Sometimes i get a lot of xp, sometimes i get very few while tapping my neighbors tiles, and it seems not to be affected by the amount of tiles deployed (neighbors with <10 tiles deployed yielded >500 exp, neighbors with several expansion zones full of tiles just 250).
And the xp they get from tapping mine? Couple of days ago i mistapped my last tile and i had to do the upgrade again, it costed me 5k $ and gave 250xp, now for every tap i'm getting 250xp. So my guess is: do i have to tap the last one and redo the upgrade every now and then so i get (and give my neighbors) an increased xp amount for tapping tiles?
