boardwalk tile prices?
They reduced the money and time needed in the last update. The price is not affected by tiles in inventory.

Correct, spAnser and mrfy at TSTO Topix both reported that the build times and costs of tiles were reduced with the level 38 update, but I can verify that the build times and costs are actually unchanged. I tested this with new tiles in the 140s range on my side towns. My guess is that the devs tried to change the costs and build times but didn't get the code quite right.
