Can't login anymore, game not saved..

Hi everyone

I have a problem with the game on my Ipad.

I opened the Itchy & Scratchy scratch game from the Kwik-E-Mart and then the game stopped working.

If I opened it again it always returned to the scratch game and as soon as I touched the screen the game ended again..
I tried to log off and log in again but I still got the same problem...

After a week I decided to delete and re-install the game, but that didn't work either. If I try to log in now, I get the message that my Springfield hasn't been saved on "another" device and that I have to save it first on that device before I can log in.

Does anyone have had this kind of problem before and is there a way to ask EA to unlock my account?
