Cool Brown House locked?

Ok i have done a quick search and unfortunetly it seems there is no fix.
If homer and lisa are free and dont start it then i think it will be locked until a re-release.

All you can do is open a ticket with EA and explain the situation.

Exact same thing happened to me about a week ago with sir-putt-alot's, quest suddenly triggered asking me to place it 3 days after I stored it for some reason
