Crash: freeze attempting to load into my Springfield

Same thing has been happening to me. Been playing since October and this is the second time the log in screen freezes up and just makes Harp noise. Dont make this a 3 day issue again. Fix it!!

I verified I'm getting the looping harp sound also.

I've invested so much that I really don't want to just quit, but this is really frustrating :(

I've also been getting the harp error.
Has anyone been able to contact or get a response from EA?

Also be sure to go to itunes and leave negitive feedback and ratings. It affects iTunes rankings which is one of the few things developers care about.

This is unbelievable, an issue again! I already spent 75€ on this game, so it should be fixed today otherwise, where are we paying for except the work they put into updates and stuff ?

Ok 24 hours have passed and still nothing. Can EA at least acknowledge there is an issue. This is pathetic.

I'm on day #2 for this issue... Oddly enough, I leveled up on Level 26 but it didn't progress to the next level (since it has not been released yet), but the meter started over again. Then, I went into the forum to post about that, did a post, and 15 minutes later when I went back to my game, it's been doing this (not letting me in). Coincidence? :-S

I wouldnt expect any help with the harp issue anytime soon. I've had it for 19 days now.

Same issue, day three now and I'm angry as hell !!!!!!! Has anyone had it resolved yet ????? I want compensating for this 3000 doughnuts will do haha !!!!!!!

Does EA not monitor this forum? From the amount of moderation it'd seem like they do. Any sort of feedback would be greatly appreciated. Even if its a simple "we're looking into it". Just some acknowledgment would be nice. :(

Same problem. This is day 3 or 4 not being able to access My Springfield. I leveled up to 26 right after the 2/15 update. Everything seemed normal. I finally got the quest to build Channel 6 and the day after I dropped the building and sent Kent Brockman on his first task (undercover reporting), I was able to login one more time and then that was it. Now when I start the game I can get to the "tap to continue" screen but after I tap, the donut makes about 2 revolutions and then simply stops! I wish I could confirm about the harp-sound looping, but I haven't had any sound for Tapped Out on my iPhone in over a month!!!

I've logged out and back in, restarted the app, and even deleted and re-installed the app at least a half dozen times each. I've even attempted to login to My Springfield on my wife's iPhone (which is a little newer than mine), but with the same results. She is several levels behind me but is not having any issues with logging in. I even verified that I can login to HER acct on my iPhone, which I can, without any issues (other than no sound!!).
